1. Agreement to Terms

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless jili98, its affiliates, licensors, service providers, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use or misuse of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any rights of third parties; (d) your violation of any applicable laws or regulations; or (e) any content you submit through the Service. 14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY PHILIPPINE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL JILI98, ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. 16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from these Terms. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
